Shipping & Returns

RETURNS: All items returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase invoice, along with an explanation of why you are returning the parts. Shipping charges are not refundable. We Do Not Accept Returns on Parts That Have Been Installed, Used or Modified. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of our receipt of a return. Please provide your name, shipping address, and telephone number with your return. Articles must not be damaged, used, disfigured or modified in any way. If parts are damaged in return shipping Scorpion Products Inc. will not be liable for the parts. It will be the customer's reasonability to file a claim with the shipping company. Returns must be shipped pre-paid. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. Returns will only be accepted for 14 days after tracking number shows delivery of the product. 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns, the restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. No refunds on special orders. For purchases made from a Scorpion Products Inc distributor, return those items directly to the distributor for handling.
